Open Access Policy

The journal is published on an open access basis under the CC BY license. This means that all the content of the journal is available free of charge to users, including institutions. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search the full text of each article, as well as publish links to it without obtaining permission from the publisher or author.

The terms:

• Attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
• Share Alike - If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
